The 4th Annual Kentucky National Guard Memorial Ride to Remember will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2014 and will return to the Healing Field in Lawrenceburg (725 West Broadway Street Lawrenceburg, KY 40342). All proceeds will go toward the construction of the Kentucky National Guard Memorial.
12pm - Registration, meal and rally;
12pm - 2pm - Concert by Borrowed Blue and Travis Adkinson
2:30pm - a ride throughout scenic central Kentucky will begin and will include distillery tours of Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve.
Registration will be done on the day of the ride when you arrive at the site.
The cost will be $25 Single rider or $35 for rider and passenger. The price includes the Concert, meal and a t-shirt.

ABOUT BORROWED BLUE
Kentucky's own Borrowed Blue are an independent, five-man, country rock band and recently recognized in one of country music's most prestigious industry magazines, CMA-Close UP, in the "Who's New To Watch" feature section.
Borrowed Blue made its presence known as a contender in Fall 2012 with its debut Nashville recording and single release entitled "Porch People" from its self-titled album. The group recently filmed and released the music video "Back That Truck Up," a proven fan favorite, which can be viewed via the Borrowed Blue official web page and YouTube.

ABOUT TRAVIS ADKINSON
Travis Adkinson, a native of Mercer County and a former Kentucky Guardsman, has opened for several nationally known acts such as Tracy Lawrence and Rascal Flatts. Adkinson, is a 13 year veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard served with both the 2/138th Field Artillery in Lexington and the 940th Military Police detachment in Lexington. ABOUT THE HEALING FIELD
Lawrenceburg's Healing Field was created by the American Legion Auxiliary as a tribute to fallen Warriors. It is the nation's only permanent Healing Field. The Healing Field is adjacent to American Legion Post 34 and the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds at 725 West Broadway Street Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.
